The Capital Court besides found that justice Dariusz Łubowski repealing ENA for runaway to Hungary Marcin Romanowski falsely accused the prosecution that it had made a mistake. For these reasons, the court excluded Łubowski from issuing a fresh ENA decision for Romanowski
