More and more centennials. Already as many Poles ZUS pays honorary benefits

The number of persons receiving an honorary benefit for the completion of 100 years is steadily increasing, as reported by the Social Insurance Institution. At the end of March 2026, an allowance of nearly PLN 7,000 was received by respective 1000 elder citizens throughout the country. Most centennials live in Mazowsze and Silesia.
