The court had, of course, the full right to do so, especially as there were requests made by defenders of erstwhile minister Zbigniew Ziobro, so that the court would besides be acquainted with material which is classified - so the Minister of Justice Waldermar Żurek commented on the question of postponement of the interim detention proceedings for Ziobry. He besides defended the ministry's actions on the Justice Fund.
