Hundreds of incidents in 17 countries have been included in a database compiled by public media journalists collaborating with Eurovision News Spotlight. The compilation covers events from April 1 to October 15, 2026, that have been publically linked to Russia: airspace violations, sabotage attempts, and actions by ad-hoc operatives. Reports from the IISS, CSIS, and RUSI explain the mechanisms of this campaign—from recruitment and financing to the selection of targets whose disruption could interfere with aid deliveries to Ukraine and NATO’s military logistics.
