Proceeding for abroad intelligence and providing this interview with news which may origin harm to the Republic of Poland – specified allegations were heard present by a MON worker who was detained by the Military Gendarmery on Tuesday. By decision of the Warsaw territory Court, the fishy was arrested for 3 months.
On Tuesday, at the request of a prosecutor from the Department of Military territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw, the Military Police Department detained a civilian worker of the Department of strategy and Defence Planning of the Ministry of Defence. Today, the fishy heard the charge "to commit a crime with Art. 130 §2 k.k., i.e. to act for abroad intelligence and to give this interview information which may harm the Republic of Poland".
"After questioning the suspect, the prosecutor sent a request to the territory Court of Warsaw for a preventive measurement in the form of a temporary arrest for a period of 3 months. This court took account of the application’, the territory Attorney’s Office stated in its communication. The interior safety Agency will carry out further activities.
"Due to the secret nature of the proceedings, further information in this case will not be provided in the close future", the prosecution said.
