Instead of sowing terror, Vladimir Putin should look at his country, especially his failing economy - in this way European Commission spokesperson Anita Hipper commented on the publication by the Russian Ministry of Defence of the list of alleged factories in the EU producing weapons for Ukraine. The list included factories in Poland.
