Russia creates anti-Monachium: “The West owes conflict”

The global safety Forum 2026 in Russia was not just an expert conference on global threats. It was a political, diplomatic, propaganda, and intelligence project, during which the Kremlin attempted to show that despite the war against Ukraine, sanctions and the breaking of many channels with the West, Russia could inactive gather around itself representatives of states outside the Western centre of power.
