Quoted by the BBC portal Head of Rwanda diplomacy Olivier Nduhungirehe confirmed that the government is conducting talks with Administration of president Donald Trump on the admission of deportees from the USA migrants with a criminal past.
Nduhungirehe stated in an interview with Rwandan tv that the authorities in Kigali believe that it should “give a second chance for migrants who have problems worldwide“ and talks with Washington began in January, shortly after Trump’s inauguration.
