Russians with small gains in Ukraine, did not scope Sieversk or Bakhmut

The ongoing offensive by Russian troops in east Ukraine has brought them tiny territorial gains; the Russians are losing their forces in the fight for tiny towns and have failed to approach Sieversk and Bakhmut, which they are trying to occupy, according to the American think tank Institute for the survey of War (ISW).
