Russians torture civilians in occupied territories

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army reported on Monday (November 7) that Russian troops were kidnapping and torturing people in occupied localities in Kherson and Luhansk oblasts, abducting and torturing people in search of “diversants”. In the Kherson Oblast, soldiers disguised as civilians prepare for fighting in the city.
