Russians threatened on left bank of Dnieper by Ukrainian troops

The American Institute for War Studies (ISW) assesses by analyzing the situation on the left, east bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson Oblast that Ukrainian forces can prevent Russian troops from creating and maintaining fresh lines of defense.
