Russians parade like they haven't unleashed war [ANALYSIS]

Traditionally, the last Sunday of July in Russia is celebrated as a Navy holiday. Ship parades and another military ventures were held throughout Russia. They all ran in a joyful atmosphere as if Russia had not unleashed a war with Ukraine.
