Russians fortify Kherson? Collaborators form territorial defence militias

The Ukrainian Pravda portal was interviewed by the head of the military peculiar service of Ukraine — Kyryl Budanov. He stated that the Russians did not want to surrender Kherson at all, and that the evacuation could be publicized for propaganda purposes.
