Russians decision troops from Kherson to Donetsk

According to a Tuesday study by the Institute for the survey of War (ISW), the Russian command is redeploying its troops to Donetsk Oblast after leaving parts of the Kherson Oblast to intensify operations around Bakhmut and Donetsk hoping to capture fresh areas.
