Russian troops, attacking Bakhmut in east Ukraine, are no longer advancing there with battalion tactical groups or companies, but subunits of 10-15 soldiers; this indicates that the invading units are exhausted and approaching the climax of the fighting, the American Institute for the survey of War (ISW) said in a fresh report.
