Russian spy collected coordinates of Ukrainian 'decision centres'

The safety Service of Ukraine in Chernihiv Oblast detained a Russian spy who was expected to collect information on the location of “decision-making centers” of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the safety Service of Ukraine and the coordinates of local government office and hospitals. He was besides expected to monitor the routes of movement of Ukrainian troops in the region.
