Russian presence 'very disturbing'

Japan's defence ministry said Tuesday that a Russian submarine had sailed through the waters between the islands of Yonaguni and Iriomote for the first time. Philippine authorities had reported the Russian submarine a day earlier, calling its presence "very worrying."
