Russian energoterror. Kiev authorities are dementing the evacuation but there is simply a fight for people

On Sunday, the state operator Ukrenerho reported that it had to decide to cascade off the electricity. This is the consequence of the strikes of Russian aviation on the Ukrainian energy sector. The exemptions covered: Kiev and Kiev Oblast, as well as Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Sumy and Kharkiv.
