Russian attacks on critical facilities in Kiev, Dnieper and Zhytomyr

On Tuesday morning, Russian troops carried out attacks on energy infrastructure facilities in Kiev, the Dnieper and Zhytomyr, as well as on industrial plants in Kharkiv, the deputy head of the office (administration) of Ukrainian president Kyryl Tymoshenko and the mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov said on Telegram.
