Russian air strike on Ukraine - Kiev blast

The mayor of the Ukrainian capital Vitaly Klitschko reported on Thursday about the detonation in Kiev at the time erstwhile a Russian rocket attack was underway and an anti-aircraft alert was issued in Ukraine. Klitschko appealed to residents to stay in shelters.
