Russia will implement the Arena-M active defence system?

The USSR was 1 of the pioneers in the work on the improvement and implementation of systems for active defence of combat vehicles, but it never succeeded in this state, and the Russian Federation, to implement the developed solutions for service, especially on a large scale. Will this situation change now?
