Russia uses the Arabic Telegram. It's part of the war on Ukraine

According to the Ukrainian strategical Communications Centre, SPRAVDI Kremlin offers paid publications of anti-Ukrainian materials on arabian channels in Telegram. According to United 24 Media, the goal is to weaken Ukraine's position abroad and impersonate local opinions.
