Russia: Spending on War and Presidential run Increases in 2024

Russia wants to increase its defence budget to 6% of GDP in 2024 due to the war in Ukraine as well as social spending to support Putin's presidential campaign. This will be related to the widening budget deficit, as well as the request for further sale of reserves from the alleged National Property Fund.
