On Tuesday (i.e. 15 November this year) a spokesperson for the Ministry of abroad Affairs in Kiev Oleg Nikolaenko declared that the Kremlin is sending African citizens imprisoned in Russia to war in Ukraine. The day before Reuters reported that a Zambian citizen was killed in the war, who was serving prison sentences in Moscow.
