Russia sends African citizens to Ukraine

On Tuesday (November 15 this year), the spokesperson of the abroad Ministry in Kiev, Oleg Nikolenko, stated that the Kremlin was sending citizens of African countries imprisoned in Russia to war in Ukraine. A day earlier, Reuters reported that a Zambian citizen who was serving a prison conviction in Moscow had died in the war.
