Russia launched rocket strikes on Kharkiv. People killed and wounded; more attacks on Ukraine

At least 3 people were killed and 14 were injured in Russian attacks on Kharkiv and Pavlohrad. Russian forces carried out 3 rocket strikes on Kharkiv, damaging residential buildings. In the neighboring Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, more than 50 drone and artillery attacks were reported.
