Russia: prison for surrendering and refusing to participate in the war

The State pride immediately adopted amendments to the penal code in its second and 3rd readings, which supply for prison sentences for voluntary surrender and refusal to participate in war or armed activities; the law includes the terms "mobilisation" and "war state".
