The Russian abroad Ministry summoned the German ambassador in Moscow, Alexander Lambsdorff, on Tuesday and conveyed to him a protest in connection with the beginning of the NATO base in Rostock (CTF Baltic). The fresh command center is to monitor the Baltic Sea region.
