The restoration of Leningrad Military territory as a consequence to the entry of Finland and Sweden into NATO shows that Russia is considering the anticipation of a war in the northern part of Europe and the Baltic Sea region at the beginning of the next decade – according to a investigation study by the Finnish National Defence Academy.
