Russia demands a "new circular of negotiations". Dmitri Pieskov "calls for force on Ukraine"

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitri Pieskov, quoted by the state-owned Russian TASS agency, called on Western countries to "press Ukraine" on the next circular of negotiations. So far, the Russian side has been sending a delegation to Istanbul, composed of low-level officials.
