Russia increases spending on online propaganda 7 times

As Andriy Yermak, head of the office of Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky, reported on Tuesday, Russia is allocating more and more funds for war propaganda on the internet. The costs of creating “patriotic content” are estimated at 20 billion rubles, or almost 250 million dollars.
