Russia says Ukraine tried to hit its energy infrastructure, Kyiv categorically denies. The Kremlin assures it is abiding by the truce, but Ukraine says Russian airstrikes have destroyed civilian facilities. The deficiency of authoritative agreement papers makes it hard to measure the situation, and cease-fire negotiations are inactive ongoing.
