Russia and China Jointly Want to destruct Starlink

China officially declares neutrality in Russia's war against Ukraine. This is simply a lie. Beijing has been powerfully supporting the Russian government and its crimes for at least 3 years with supplies to the military. Now it is adding artificial intelligence technology for drones and proposing to destruct Starlink satellites.
