Drone swarms, Starlink and AI. Secret papers revealed how powerfully China supports Putin's army

Four secret military presentations, a ten-page protocol signed by representatives of both states, and materials from classified Russian-Chinese military forums uncover much deeper cooperation between Moscow and Beijing than previously thought. The papers collected and analysed by The Insider, Der Spiegel and Le Monde show that both states jointly make artificial intelligence technologies for drones, work on fresh weapons systems, train Russian soldiers, and prepare ways to fight the Starlink satellite network, which has become 1 of the foundations of Ukrainian leadership.
