Rule of Law Act. Małgorzata Manowska wrote to the Venice Commission

The first president of the ultimate Court, Małgorzata Manowska, sent a letter to the Venice Commission on the draft of the alleged regulation of Law Act. He points out that this draft interferes with fundamental constitutional principles, in peculiar the rule of judicial independence, irremovability of judges and the right to a court.
