Rule of Law. Margaret Manowska wrote to the Venice Commission

The first president of the ultimate Court, Małgorzata Manowska, wrote to the Venice Commission on the draft alleged regulation of law. It points out that the task interferes with fundamental constitutional principles, in peculiar the rule of the independency of courts, the inability of judges and the right to court.
