The Russian rocket that hit Kiev was full of western parts

According to Ukrainian services, the Russian manoeuvring rocket Iskander 9M727, which struck a government building in downtown Kiev on Sunday, was full of western parts. Experts identified 35 components produced in the US, UK, Japan and Switzerland.
