About 40 shadow flora tankers stranded in the Gulf of Finland

Some 40 "shadow fleet" tankers bound for ports in the St. Petersburg area are stranded in the waters of the Gulf of Finland as a consequence of attacks carried out by Ukraine on Russia's key oil terminals over the past week, according to Estonian Navy data released Friday.
