The strategy of the Kremlin to take ships of the alleged fleet of shadows under its flag to defend them will not be effective if the sea states show greater determination – says prof. of the University of Gdańsk Ernest Czermanski. Any ship, regardless of its flag, can be stopped for control by the state administering the waters through which it flows - indicated in a conversation with PAP.
