Russian army "best" in the world. Feik or statistic? [COMMENTARY]

The Russians are happy due to the fact that 1 of the U.S. portals considered their army to be the “best” in the world, placing it before the United States and China. However, no of the Russian comments assessed the criteria taken into account in this statistics, and that it was a "winner" of Russia in only 1 of the 7 categories, in 1 of the 10 subranks. And not the most important.
