Russian spies in Ukrainian services. Did the FSB know about the supply of weapons from the West?

Ukrainian safety Service officers broke up a Russian spy network. As part of the action, they retained 5 people, among whom were officers of the Ukrainian peculiar services, who for the FSB had collected information about abroad arms supplies to Ukraine, among others.
