The Russian authorities present reported that Ukrainian forces carried out a massive attack on Moscow last weekend utilizing over 100 drones, and subsequent long-range kamikaze-type unmanned waves were shot down by air defence en way to the city.
According to data provided by the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobian, over 100 drones were shot down in 2 days. On the another hand, the origin quoted by the Russian media from the Ministry of Defence of Russia stated that during the last night at least 145 drones were shot down over the country, including 53 over the Moscow circuit.
The Russian civilian Aviation Authority reported that Moscow's main airports imposed flight restrictions due to the attack.
The Ukrainian authorities have not confirmed the attacks so far.
