Russia will not participate in the Second Peace Summit

Bloomberg, citing sources acquainted with the case, reported that Ukraine wants to convene another summit even before the U.S. presidential election, scheduled for November this year. According to the agency, this is expected to reflect Kiev's concerns about Donald Trump's return to the office of president of the United States.
