Ukrainian forces carried out 2 successful rocket and drone attacks on facilities critical to the Russian defence industry. The first targeted the Energia plant in Yelets, Lipetsk Oblast, about 300 km from the Ukrainian border, and the second targeted the AVISMA chemical and metallurgical plant in Berezniki, Perm Krai.
