Russia is in economical stagnation, its budget deficit swells and at the same time dries the most crucial origin of income. Compared to July, Kremlin's income from the sale of oil and petroleum products decreased by nearly a billion dollars in August. Thus they reached 1 of the lowest levels since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine.
