The Russian abroad Ministry reported on Wednesday that it sent a note to all abroad diplomatic missions and global organizations accredited in Moscow with a call to evacuate personnel from Kiev in due time.
"The Russian Ministry of abroad Affairs calls on the authorities of your country/direction to treat this call with the highest work and guarantee that diplomatic and another missions are evacuated in due time, as well as their citizens from Kiev" - wrote the Russian Ministry of abroad Affairs in a note.
It explained that this call was the consequence of a "inevitable retaliatory attack by Russia's armed forces on Kiev, including decision-making centres" if Ukraine implemented its plans to disrupt triumph Day celebrations on 9 May in Moscow.
