Romanian armored personnel carrier in Ukraine

A shot of a Romanian ARMORED CARRIER TAB-71 utilized by Ukrainians while occupying the right-bank part of Kherson appeared on Twitter. Prior to this, no information was made about the transfer of this kind of vehicles as part of military assistance from Romania.
