Rockets fall on Ukraine. SBU: ban on publishing effects of Russian attacks

A video made available online, showing the effects of a kamikaze drone attack on 1 of the critical infrastructure facilities in Vinnitsa, was utilized by the Russians to strike again. Ukrainian services say directly: recording and sharing specified content is punishable by law.
