Tougher penalties for drivers, introduction of a fresh kind of crime - organization and participation in illegal car races - and limitation of the anticipation of reducing punishment points - specified changes are being prepared by the government. - For the first time they go beyond 1 code, in this respect it is simply a revolutionary approach - said Deputy Minister of Justice Arkadiusz Myrcha.
