Reuters: The US has informed Europe that they are reducing military aid to zero

The U.S. Department of defence reported last week to European countries that military support under the program known as Section 333 would be reduced to zero from the next fiscal year," Reuters stated, citing a typical of the Ministry of Defence of Lithuania.
