Although Tusk did not manage to close the system, due to the “watoma” of president Karol Nawrocki – the junta on 13 December does everything (“we do not talk!”) to replace cryptic dictatorship with the same dictatorship as in the days of Józef Cyrankiewicz.
I remind the younger readers that Józef Cyrankiewicz was Prime Minister of the Polish People's Republic from 1947 to 1952 and 1954 to 1970, the longest-running Prime Minister in Poland's history. For Donald Tusk, who envied Cyrankiewicz's career, Cyrankiewicz's words were spoken on 29 June 1956 on Polish Radio in Poznań: "Every provoker or madman who dares rise his hand against folk power, let him be certain that this hand of the people will chop off in the interests of the working class, in the interests of the peasantry and intelligence, in the interests of the conflict to rise the standard of surviving of the people, in the interests of the further democratisation of our lives, in the interests of our homeland."
Every progressive citizen of our homeland knows well that likewise to Józef Cyrankiewicz - present nobody cares more about the interests of the working class, the interests of the working peasantry and the intelligence and does not fight to rise the standard of surviving of the population in the interests of further democratisation of our lives – that is, in the interests of our homeland!
That's not why Donald Tusk and his junta took over public tv to get her killed right away! This is not the reason why Donald Tusk besides took over the Prosecutor's Office by 1 decree, so that the courts would now be given sentences, ruled by judges who did not trust the lawyer General and taken over by the junta of the National Prosecutor's Office! It was unthinkable in the times of Prime Minister Józef Cyrankiewicz, who had full assurance in the judges, convicting the provokers and madmen, who dared to rise their hand on folk power...
It is no different for Donald Tusk's power, although she failed to transport Zbigniew Ziobra in the trunk to answer to the trusted court of prosecutor Zurk. In this situation, Prime Minister Tusk himself had to issue a judgment, declaring on X: “Former Minister of Justice (!), Mr Ziobro, who was the mastermind of the political corruption system, asked the government of Victor Orban for political asylum. Logical choice’.
After all, the trust of power towards judges is the foundation of a “fighting democracy”, in which the law is as Donald Tusk, already called “Cyrankiewicz free Poland”, understands it. That is why the Minister of Justice, lawyer General Waldemar Żurek, appealed 25 presidents and vice presidents of the courts, despite the fact that the colleagues of the courts issued negative opinions against requests for their appeal! Żurek was the 1 who decided to step down from the jury's draw, due to the fact that it was possible to draw untrustworthy judges from the lawyer General...
So now it is time for justice Dariusz Łubowski, who lifted the European Arrest Order against Marcin Romanowski, eloquently justifying the reasons for the repeal and stating: "In the light of the above circumstances, there are serious concerns that the situation in Poland presently exists can be classified as cryptic dictatorship".
Judge Lubowski, however, made a mistake, due to the fact that in the light of fresh circumstances there are serious fears that the current situation in Poland can be classified as a dictatorship from the times of Józef Cyrankiewicz!
This fact was confirmed by the territory Court in Warsaw, which took into account the prosecution's request and excluded justice Dariusz Łubowski from examining the re-application of the European Arrest Warrant to Marcin Romanowski! It is thanks to trusted judges - the dictatorship of Donald Tusk will no longer have problems with issuing the European Arrest Order not only to Marcin Romanowski, but besides to Zbigniew Ziobra. Just as a trusted court has already decided to arrest (without a sentence!) a dangerous criminal who poured a part of crap under the property of Minister Krajewski from an allied PSL!
\It is worth reminding that in 2020 Michał Zarzecki, the current head of the political cabinet of Minister Stefan Krajewski, led the action to pour out manure under the PIS! However, everyone who has fought since Cyrankiewicz and the allied ZSL “in the interests of further democratisation of our lives” knows that for the dictatorships of Tusk: "If a PSL organization throws a part of shit, it's a bad thing. Good, like a PSL partisan's gonna spill a part of crap to someone."
