Resignation at the top of the Ukrainian army. Relieved commanded in Donbass

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky, without giving a reason, dismissed General Eduard Moskalov, commanding the Ukrainian grouping in Donbass. The decree came on Sunday, at a time erstwhile the Bakhmuk front was visiting Gen. Oleksander Syrsky, commander of Ukrainian ground troops.
